Engineering
Our cables outstand smooth processing of compounds without affecting their other properties. They are available in outstanding designs and are engineered for precision tooling for extrusion of various types of compounds. Dies and tools are developed to provide complete control properties. All the national and the international standards are followed strictly.
Raw Material
Basic components such as Copper, PVC, Polyethylene, Aluminium, Aluminium alloy for braiding, Aluminium Laminated Plastic Tape, Masterbatches and other raw materials are tested rigorously before they are employed. Certificates obtained from the reputed suppliers ensure the allowance of the raw materials to be sent to the manufacturing floor.
Testing
Every reel of length of Reinsicomm cable is tested to a complete battery of physical and electrical tests. After test clearance, it is forwarded for dispatching. A modern and sophisticated equipped lab with experienced technical personnel is there to check the most minute faults if any.
